#950 Medic level 5 Usage: shock Standard part of any medic's kit is a defibrillator. This electrical device can be used offensively in a pinch by the medic. It delivers a quick shock to the target, and can actually stun droids and beings with cyborg implants. The more experienced medic will cause more damage with each usage, due to their increased knowledge of anatomy physiology. It is a vital component of several medicines, and is very common in many organic objects through out the galaxy. It was used as a cauterizing agent to heal wounds on Massassi warriors, whose tough hides were resistant to treatment by other such agents. In its dried out form, cyanogen silicate is extremely potent. But if moisture entered the vial, the compound began to break down, intensifying in strength by a factor of one thousand. It is now a crucial, albeit rare component in most medical treatments. These non-lethal rounds are primarily blunt force trauma that affects organic material much more severely than inorganic. In other words, they cause less damage to droids or cyborgs, but will stun those with primarily living tissue. They are not only skilled swimmers, but also gifted healers and medics. Manaan is the only naturally occuring source of kolto, a healing liquid, and so the selkath have developed very advanced techniques for treating the wounded and extracting medical supplies from ordinary things. It also doesn't hurt that they can be pretty handy in a fight. You can collect parts to build custom weapons and items to create the best equipment. You can create custom items at level 10 or above. At higher levels, you can upgrade your personals with higher TIER parts. Workbenches to make custom items are usually located in the guilds around Mos Eisley. You can upgrade some items with better parts as you acquire them. Use 'upgrade' at a workbench to do this. Use 'partscheck' at a workbench to see what tier parts are in a custom weapon. Partscheck currently does not support custom armor or gloves. Currently, you can build: + Custom armor + Custom gloves + Custom spaceships + Custom lightsaber + Custom weapons Note: Inappropriately named customs are subject to deletion.
