See Also: Sith marauder Defender ~ #803 Speeder Bike Vehicle Items Usage: ride Speeder bikes are open-air repulsorlift vehicles that normally carry only one passenger and emphasize speed and maneuverability. These combat vehicles can be ridden by Vehicle Operators and specialized in by Bike Operators. In combat a rider will attack enemies with both their normal equiped weapon and the blaster system available on the bike. Number of wielded weapon attacks is still determined by quickness (though at a slower rate) and speeder bike attacks are based upon vehicle operator level and the number of laser cannons on the bike. Speeder bikes have hull points like all combat vehicles and at zero will explode. Unlike other combat vehicles, attacks will be split between the bike itself and the hitpoints of the riding player, with the odds in favor of the rider taking the blow. A players death through hitpoints will not result in the destruction of the bike. When a bike is destroyed through hull point loss, the rider has a chance to throw himself/herself free of the vehicle to avoid damage. If this attempt fails the rider will suffer a percentage amount of damage.
