#670 Vanquish is used by immortals to remove nasty, unwanted types from this game's player list. Should you find yourself in a position of being vanquished, pray for mercy. ~ #672 Probation is a flag that is set on a player's character to indicate that the player is, or was, in the Ice Box recently. While on probation, a player or immortal cannot use most game commands. Probation can be set as a flag by higher-level Immortals or can be assigned by simply using the 'ice' command. (NOTE: Icing someone gives them a probation flag.) Deicing someone with the 'deice' command will remove their probation flag, returning their character to normal. They equip themselves with custom rifles which contain a projectile-based round system, capable of delivering many kinds of sniper rounds into the very hearts of their targets. Sniper weapons also have a short-range energy based system which is used for closer combat when the projectile system will not do. Snipers have learned the skill of packing cartridges with ammunition rounds which are manufactured specially for sniping. Below are the commands used for manipulating rounds and cartridges for use with sniper weapons. loadround - loads a round into a cartridge in your inventory. - Cartridges take a max of 6 rounds, but they may be of varying types. ejectround - ejects the next (chamber-ready) round from a cartridge. - Round will appear in inventory. loadcartridge - Loads cartridge from inventory into wielded sniper weapon. - A cartridge cannot be loaded into a weapon which is already loaded. - All rounds in the cartridge will be inserted into the rifle in the same order they appear in the cartridge. ejectcartridge - Ejects the cartridge from a wielded sniper weapon. - Cartridge will appear in inventory. - Most sniper weapons load in the game with an empty cartridge which can be ejected and loaded with rounds. examine - the normal examine command, when used on cartridges, will list the rounds contained in the cartridge and indicate which round will fire next. There is no way to look at the individual rounds loaded into a sniper weapon, the cartridge must first be ejected. * Cartridges can be purchased at the Mos Eisley BH Guild. * Standard (normal) sniper rounds can be purchased at the BH guild as well. * Other (non-standard) rounds are available through various means across the galaxy. Some examples are poisoned sniper rounds, tranquilizing sniper rounds, concussion sniper rounds, etc. See Also: Assassin Snipe ~ #676 Usage: ignore Ignore will block all tells from . This is useful for blocking players who are harassing you via private messages. To unignore someone, type the command again. To see your ignore list, type ignore with no arguments. Ignore lists are not permanent and are reset every time your character enters the game. See Also: Tell ~ #677 Commando Level 95 Usage: Automatic (random; in combat) The cunning Commando, having studied and fought many opponents, has come to understand the strengths and weaknesses of many different races. With their analytical mind, a Commando can often determine the extent of these weaknesses for a given race or species, such as a vulnerable organ or surface, and can also seek out places where armor may be missing or insufficient. The Commando has also honed these methods to be useful against droids. Knowing exactly which motivator or circuit to disable will deliver devastating blows during combat with droids. Commando Tactics are only useful on land, as space tactics would require a different approach to the analysis. When successful, the blows dealt to your enemy with Commando Tactics will deliver three times as much damage as an ordinary attack. The probability of your being able to successfully exploit your enemies' weaknesses improves greatly with your character's level and over time as you hone the skill through combat. Cartridges may be EXAMINEd to determine their contents, producing output similar to this: This cartridge contains: : 1 : a poisoned round (next into chamber) 2 : a poisoned round 3 : a standard round 4 : a standard round 5 : a tranquilizer round You may eject rounds from a cartridge with the ejectround command, and load rounds with the loadround command. Cartridges may be ejected from sniper weapons with the ejectcartridge command, and loaded into weapons with the loadcartridge command. Sniper weapons typically load with empty cartridges. You may pack that cartridge with rounds or use one of your own cartridges. New cartridges are available in the Bounty Hunters guild, they conform to a universal standard.
