   At the basic level, Heroes are responsible for handling any simple questions
that the playerbase might have.  They should handle any newbie questions that
aren't already handled by other players.  Heroes help enforce the rules, but
are not responsible for deciding punishments.  Heroes may also run small simple
quests from time to time.

   Commanders have the same responsibilities as Heroes.  Handling of basic
player questions while also having a bit more authority.  Commanders receive
the mute and the notitle command to help keep general order.  Commanders are
also responsible for fixing typos and room link problems.

   At the level of Captain, an immortal is responsible for supervision of the
lower ranked immortals.  A Captains primary function is to let Commanders and
Heroes do their job, stepping in only when they are unable to get a hold of the
situation.  He also deals with faction role-playing, ideally, a captain should
be in charge of one of the factions and work with the player leaders in
creating RP quests and events.

   Once thought to be dead, this extremely inquisitive animal has
roamed RotJ for many years.  Good at hiding (and seeking if you count
to 20 for him) he is well known as your favorite hippy.  Obie's have
been known to run quests from time to time, most of them concerning
SW Trivia or Treasure Collection.  One should always remember to
approach Obie's from the front as they are scared easily and may leave
without warning.  This creatures only known accomplishments are the
planet of Orono and the 30ft Smurf.

   Senators punish.  They are the ones who handle repeat offenders and other
stickier situations.  Clan administration and cleanup are also their purview.
It is also at this level where they are able to identify the presence of code
errors and inform the appropriate coder.  Senators are also trusted to set
minor game policy, for example, the determination if an act is illegal or not.
