#60 Droid Handler Level 18 Usage: conc 'self destruct' A nasty droid upgrade. Droids armed with a self destruct device will detonate upon command, causing significant damage to others in the room. Almost always, the handler does not inform the droid exactly what this upgrade will do. This will last for a short duration of time. Trigger: order destruct destruct (If you are a droid trying to destroy yourself) Use the Safemode command to not target other players in the room. Your droid will place himself so that you and your followers will not be harmed by the blast. If you self destruct yourself, there will be no experience lost, though you will still leave a corpse. See Also: Droid handler ~ #61 This skill will increase the hull strength of a droid. With this increased hull strength comes greater durability and hit points. This will last for a short duration of time. See Also: Droid handler ~ #62 With accelerate droid a droids quickness and attack speed is increased. This will last for a short duration of time. See Also: Droid handler ~ #63 Droid Handler Level 12 Usage: conc 'droid trick' (action) Using circular logic and tech-speak, a skilled droid handler can convince a droid to do a number of things they would not normally consider doing. Some better built droids cannot be confused by this circular logic. Example: conc 'droid trick' droid say We seem to be made to suffer. Game Specifics: Mobs that can't be controlled will only accept movement commands. Mobs that do not wander will not accept movement commands. For balance and to preserve some skills, mobs will not perform some actions. (eg. Hit, punch, sweep, follow, rescue, sleep) When giving a command the mud first checks to see if it is an abbreviation of a prohibited action. You must give enough of the command to distinguish them. Example: 'steal' is a prohibited action. If you order a mob to stand by typing 'st' then the mud will see this as an abbreviation of a prohibited action and deny it. You would have to order the mob to 'sta' to distinguish the command. When in doubt, type it out. To use this facility at the entrance to the arena type 'duel' and you will be transported into the facility. While inside the arena those who have chose to partake in player killing will receive a time penalty on when they are allowed to rent for every 'tick' spent in the arena. The ECM skill, when successful will divert some attacks for a short duration, after which the system must recharge and reset before it can be used again. When your ship is equipped with an escape pod, if your HULL level drops below the percentage you specify with the SWIMPY command, you will be 'ejected' from your ship. There's a chance that you won't eject successfully. If it doesn't work, it will be disabled and you'll have to flee normally. The pod will be useless and you'll need to install a new one. If you successfully eject, your ship will be de-equipped and left at the site of your ejection. From there, you can pick it up,but fair warning, it may be looted by other players, or mobs within the zone, so don't let it sit too long... Escape Pods are available at Auran Striate's ship upgrade shop in Mos Eisley for a nominal fee. NOTE: Once you have ejected you must buy another escape pod for your ship. See Also: Swimpy ~
