Instead they find ways to alter the weather. The preferred method is to launch small rockets into the sky, containing weather altering substances. These substances either increase or decrease the air pressure in the air, which in turn causes changes in the weather. It is not immediate, but you will see effects over time, and more so with repeated use. In general, low air pressure will increase the chance of good weather, and high pressure will decrease. Practice and observations of current weather conditions of pressures will reveal exactly what helps and what hinders weather alterations. It only does a minor amount of damage since your power is stretched all around the victims body. More importantly, it will reduce the victims strength to fight back against you. This reduces another players Strength statistic or a NPC's Damage. The invisible hands of the force close around the victim's throat causing great damage. For a short duration after the choke, the victim will suffer from a loss of balance and other simple motor skills that have a 20% chance of preventing them from attacking in any given combat round. While Combat Healing a medic is able to jump into the fray and heal others who are fighting. In game terms: combat healing puts you into an altered state of combat where your attacks are reduced to 0, however you gain the ability to use all medical skills while fighting.
