#390 Usage: reply Sends a reply to the last person to send you a message using TELL. It works just as if you had typed 'tell ' but makes it a bit easier. It can also be very useful in case someone invisible sends you a message. Thor tells you, 'Hi!' > reply hey You tell Thor, 'hey' > Someone tells you, 'I am your secret admirer.' > reply Who are you? You tell someone, 'Who are you?' See Also: Tell Notell ~ #391 Usage: report Issuing this command will report your current hitpoints, focus, and movement points to everyone in the room. If you are piloting a spaceship in space, then your hull percentage, shield percentage, and focus points will be reported instead. Be warned, however - neither faction likes to give up its Personnel, so the cost of leaving is substantial. This includes experience points, strength, credits, etc. Your equipment is also saved in the event of a crash. The game periodically auto-saves you and your equipment, so it is not necessary to have your client auto-save you as well. You CANNOT load a saved version if you die -- your persona still exists, but you will lose experience, and all your objects stay in the game, with your corpse. Note that the SAVE command only saves your equipment in the event of a crash. If you are leaving the game normally, SAVE will NOT save your equipment -- you must find an Inn to store your belongings. Exactly the same result. shout - shouts a message to everyone nearby (zone). holler - sends a message to everyone in the game (mud). whisper message> - Whisper to someone in the same room. gsay/gtell - Give a message to everyone in your GROUP. tell - Send a private message across the game. reply - Replies to your last received 'tell'. If they give you a 'value' they are willing to pay, then they are usually able to pay you that much in trade for the item you have specified. Most shops specialize in what they will buy, so you may have to look around to find a buyer for your items. Also remember that not all shops can buy everything brought to them due to their own personal economy. It may be worth your while to search out new buyers for your items. Many shops trade only in a specific type of merchandise. Thus, a baker may well refuse to buy your armor, even if it is of high quality! To some people, the prospect of obtaining the entire inventory of a shop by murdering the keeper may appear tempting - but beware: The shopkeepers are often rugged, capable men; roughened by years of trading and, indeed, surviving in a world where the only safe prospect is death in the end. The SLEEP command puts you to sleep, allowing you to regain your health more quickly. You will be largely unaware of your surroundings while asleep. You can awaken yourself with the WAKE command. The longer you sleep, the faster you regain your health. The SLEEP spell forces the victim to sleep. For more information, see the help file for SLEEP SPELL. NOTE: Some rooms are too noisy, crowded, cramped, or uncomfortable to allow you to possibly SLEEP in them. The Mos Eisley Space Port is a good example of this situation.
