#210 Pirate Level 80 Usage: Reroute Medium sized vessels (Medium & Large) have the capacity to have their power batteries rerouted quickly to take advantage of different situations. Smaller vessels don't have enough power to take advantage of this, and Capital ships are too complex to quickly make these minute to minute adjustments. Engines - Power into sublight engines, increasing your combat speed. Weapons - Power into weapons, increasing their damage output. Shields - Power into shields, increasing their durability. Hyperdrive - Power into hyperdrive, decreasing hyperspace travel times. In the game it causes good aligned mobs to attack evil aligned mobs. ~ #216 Usage: salvage With salvage you can breakdown an object and recover a quantity of its constituent materials. These materials are needed for some construction and repair activities, either mechanical or biological. The type of resource you get depends on the item that is being salvaged. See help MATERIALS for more information on the three types of mechanical materials and two types of biological materials. Even a failure will give you a small amount of duranium or lu ramin. Those new to salvage often bring an enthusiasm and beginner's luck that translates into higher than average success in salvaging materials from the objects they find. To reflect this, salvage is always successful for characters under level 30. See Also: Advanced salvage Materials ~ #217 Pilot Level 45 Usage: salvo Anyone with a ship armed with proton torpedoes or concussion missiles can fire them at a single shot rate. But sometimes you need to unload with everything you got in one fierce salvo. With the salvo command, you can fire multiple torpedoes/missiles at your target. The number fired depends on the size of your ship. Unlike the single fire rate, however, it will take a while for all your weapons tubes to be reloaded before you can fire again.
