Medics take an oath to serve as the protectors of welfare and a calming
presence on a battle field. At some point, every medic sees too much. They
come to the realization they cannot stop war and are only prolonging the
inevitable by keeping people alive. At this point the medic stops being a
protector, and seeks to aid the war efforts in a different way. Butchers have
the uncanny ability and unique training to make life very painful for their
foes. Possessing the knowledge and understanding of every type of species that
a Surgeon has, and the battle hardened spirit of a Combat Medic it is in your
best interest to befriend the Butcher, rather than make them your enemy.

Technicians spend decades amassing knowledge and understanding of mechanical
life forms. In some cases they decide to become mechanical themselves. In
other cases, they decide to improve upon the designs of lesser technicians,
becoming something else entirely. A Mad Scientist has devoted their entire
existence to advancing knowledge through whatever means necessary. Taking
every opportunity to gain knowledge has produced a being of such vast
understanding that little or nothing gets past them.

Legend Level 10
Remorting allows you to begin your character's journey again. There are
three types of a remort: basic, special, and punitive.
For a basic remort, you purchase a token that changes your primary
class. When you redeem the token, you return to level one. A special
remort allows you to join a hybrid class of your current primary
class's subguilds. Special remorts can only be performed at a specific
location in the galaxy. A punitive remort happens at the discretion
of the Immortals in order to punish inappropriate or illegal behavior.
What you keep after a remort:
1. EQ, credits, and resources
4. SP/QP
5. Anything Purchased with SP/QP (including legend levels)
6. Secondary and Tertiary classes
7. Clan and Faction Affiliations
What you lose after a remort:
1. Levels (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Space, and Vehicle)
2. Proficiencies
3. Class Skills
You can remort as many times as you like. Have fun!

Surgeon Level 100
Usage: euthanize
There comes a point when even the most skilled Surgeon realizes
that there is no further treatment to ease the pain and suffering of
a patient. However, the vast medical training for Surgeons includes
the administration of a lethal dose of drugs to give a permanent end
to a subject's suffering. The ethics of euthanizing patients is greatly
debated throughout the galaxy, yet ultimately it remains up to the
Surgeon to properly determine who lives...and who dies.
This skill utilizes a lethal drug called Synox, administered by
syringe. Even if a dose is insufficient to kill the patient, it will
nonetheless poison them quite severely.
