Custom parts have varying levels of power and value. The quality of
a part's value is called its tier. As the quality increases, so too
does the number. Thus, a tier 1 custom part is inferior to a tier 2
part.
Currently, we have 4 tiers of custom parts in regular circulation,
with a 5th tier of parts only available through special quests.
Each tier of custom part also carries with it a minimum level required
for the use of the part either in construction or upgrading. The following
are the current minimum level required for each tier:
Tier 1 - Level 10
Tier 2 - Level 26
Tier 3 - Level 51
Tier 4 - Level 76
Tier 5 - Level 100
Note: These are just the absolute minimum levels required for parts.
Some parts may have higher minimum levels specific to those items.

Bounty Hunter Level 5
Skill Point Skill
Cost: 20 sp
Usage: hover
A Bounty hunter's use of technology and gadgets not only helps with
combat, but also with movement and transportation. Bounty hunters are
skilled enough with the use of a jetpack to be able to hover above
the ground. This allows a bounty hunter to cover vast terrain with
minimal effort. In game terms, all movement costs while hovering
will be reduced to 1 movement point, regardless of terrain.
The use of the skill requires that you be wearing a jetpack that has
sufficient fuel. Hovering will consume 1 fuel unit each time the player
moves between rooms and will drain fuel constantly over time while idle.
Short range attack types (such as vibroblades) will have difficulty
landing on a hovering bounty hunter unless the attacker is also
hovering or flying.
NOTE: Hovering and entering space are incompatible. You must stop
hovering before going into a space area, and you're not capable of
sleeping while hovering.

Spice Dealer 23
Usage: automatic
Even in the spice trade, it's all about supply and demand. And
if you're going to keep your 'clients' happy, you've got to keep
a healthy supply on hand. Spice dealers have learned how to stash
just a little extra spice on them in the most inoccuous places.
This helps with both local authorities and innkeepers, who would
like to regulate the amount of product they have on them.
In game terms, this allows spice dealers to keep an additional 10
units of spice on them when they rent, boosting the limit when
renting from 20 units to 30 units of spice.
